The launch of CSI Media’s new tour operator system was met with great response at the Travel Technology Show. Feedback from tour operators, travel agents and other businesses in the industry highlighted a particular interest in the extensive features included in CSI Media’s new tour operator solution.
Visitors to the stand were impressed to find that the tour operator system features a full call centre solution, agent and consortium distribution facilities plus much more. In addition, the ability to combine stock with third party products via XML proved popular during demonstrations.
There was also continued interest in CSI Media’s existing travel technology solutions at the show, such as the Travelberry Lite dynamic packaging solution and also CSI Media’s marketing services. The new version of the popular email marketing platform, eShoutz, has been tailored to the travel industry, has advanced features and reporting tools, and can be fully integrated with the Travelberry suite of products.
Many of the visitors at the Travel Technology Show were looking at cost effective ways to streamline their online business processes as a result of the current financial climate. Consequently, CSI Media’s new financial plans were also received well at the stand.
