The system allows travel call centre staff to make and manage enquiries and bookings with ease, view and edit customer details and add extra products to an existing booking at the touch of a button.

The main benefit of the Travel Console system is not having to enter booking information again, once it has been entered via the website as it goes straight into the call centre system.
