We take pride in the fact we always work hard to meet client expectations and strive to ensure our clients find the experience of working with CSI Media an enjoyable one. However, if for any reason you find yourself not satisfied with the level of service being offered to you, you can follow our complaints procedure outlined below.

We aim to respond to all complaints within three working days but should a complaint take longer to resolve, we will acknowledge this within the initial three working days to inform you as to when you can expect a response.

We will keep all complaints on file to ensure we are constantly improving the service we offer to our clients.
