Complaints Procedure

However, if for any reason you find yourself not satisfied with the level of service being offered to you, you can follow our complaints procedure outlined below.

If you are not happy with the response to your complaint you can escalate this to abuse@csimedia.net

We will aim to respond to all complaints within 5 working days but should a complaint take longer to resolve we will be acknowledge this within the initial 5 working days to inform you as to when you can expect a response.

We will keep all complaints on file to ensure we are constantly improving the service we offer to our clients.
