Woodyhyde approached us to design, develop and deliver a modern online experience with a responsive website, Umbraco content management system and custom booking solution.

We developed a bespoke booking solution which allows users to make and amend bookings in a simple three-step process. The sophisticated booking system integrates lots of custom features, as per Woodhyde’s requirements:

• The flexibility to amend bookings (extend or reduce) whilst automatically adjusting the charges
• The automatic creation of personalised booking confirmations, site rules, terms & conditions, directions and other information which are forwarded to the customer via email
• Flexible shopping basket that allows customers to make a full or part payment
• Inclusion of ‘extras’ in the booking flow, for example electric hook ups, with automatic calculation of the extras
• Reporting facility which allows employees to track the number of bookings, expected arrivals and departures for specific days
• Functionality enabling the campsite to add bookings retrospectively for arrivals during the night
• The ability to implement a minimum of nights for bookings on specific dates
• Lots of other custom functionality
