Established in 2004, Bookabed is one of Europe’s leading B2B accommodation wholesalers. Bookabed provide a wide range of transfer and accommodation products to travel agents via an online B2B booking engine. Their expansive selection of hotels across Europe, America and Asia - coupled with exclusive deals and excellent customer service - helped Bookabed to win Best Accommodation Supplier in the Irish Travel Trade Awards for three successive years.

The Challenge

We share a long and distinguished relationship with Bookabed, having supported their branding and marketing initiatives for over six years.

The marketing team at Bookabed felt that it was time to freshen up their brand identity with a modern look and consistent tone-of-voice. We were also tasked with developing marketing material for multiple offline and online touchpoints in concurrence with the rebranding. The project would constitute the launch of a big marketing campaign for Bookabed.


The new brand identity is bold and distinctive. We wanted a visually impactful design, but one that left no ambiguity in the audience's mind.

A new logo forms the centrepiece of the rebrand, with business cards and letterheads that evoke professionality. At a digital level, we created responsive designs for the new Bookabed homepage, new email signatures, and a ‘style-guide’ with instructions to update the existing search and booking flow for a consistent user journey.

The Brochure

Finally, we designed a brochure enabling Bookabed to present their strategic plans. The brochure combines text and visual elements, enabling Bookabed to effectively communicate their message.
