The personalisation module allows you to tag your content within the admin that once seen by a user would associate them with that tag, as the user then moves around your website our system will strategically position content in their viewport that is relevant to them and their needs. For example, if a user has visited a landing page about “Family Holidays in Mallorca” and then they navigated to a deals or offers page, the deals or offers tagged with “Mallorca” or “Family Holidays” would appear at the top of the list as the system would recognise these offers might be more relevant than say a Winter break in Croatia. This works for all areas of the website from landing pages to news and blog posts as well as FAQ’s as long as the personalisation tags have been setup in the admin, you can serve an online personalised experience to your customers.
