CSI Media follow a software development process that has been carefully honed over 24 years.
We usually start with a Discovery & Requirements Gathering phase where we work with you to gather your requirements, followed by a Technical Specification to plan complex areas of the system, through to UX design where all screens are designed in close collaboration with you.
This is followed by front-end implementation, application development, internal testing, UAT and, finally, deployment. Post-launch, we provide support including ongoing maintenance, and new-feature development.
